Dr. Moretsky and Dr. Cassidy were principle technical advisors and appeared with other national authorities on LASIK in the Better Business Bureau report, “Corrective Eye Surgery: Reading Between the Lines”.

The report was originally produced in 1998 and approved by the American Academy of Ophthalmology. It was reintroduced in 2005, where Dr. Moretsky and Dr. Cassidy again served as technical advisors and narrators in an updated DVD version.

Our company participates in the bureau’s membership identification program, BBB Online, and agrees to use special complaint handling procedures including mediation and arbitration if necessary to resolve disputes.

Moretsky Cassidy LASIK Vision has a satisfactory record with the Better Business Bureau. The Bureau has processed no customer complaints on our company in its three-year reporting period.

To have a “satisfactory record” with the bureau, a company must be in business for at least 12 months, properly and promptly address matters referred to it by the bureau, and be free from an unusual volume or pattern of complaints and law enforcement action involving its marketplace conduct. In addition, the bureau must have a clear understanding of the company’s business and no concerns about its industry.
